I will be turning 50 in February 2025 - which means I have been making performance work for almost 3 decades. OOF! I have had many turns with many different kind of fears around art making. I have developed a toolkit for getting through those moments, those months sometimes, and I am very excited to share them with you.

This workshop is open to ANYONE in a creative process, OR NOT! Even if you don’t have a current practice you are welcome.
